I have a question I hope someone has already solved.

On the exchanges decred(and all coins) are traded in BTC. When you are moving coins back and forth(some people call this trading, I call it losing) you have to keep track of the fiat price you buy/sell a coin at. With the volatility in coins you could buy decred at .0092 today then sell it at .0093 the next day and not make any money or worse actually lose money if btc dropped in price.

Morning all

I have sent a 1 hour ago a transaction from my Exodus wallet to my Decred wallet (the x64 version on Windows)

I generated an address on the Request Payment section of the Paymetheus/Decred wallet, clicked a couple of times, then copied the DS**** number (DsUNCtXYkFBDYHVNHMsfrn7KnvRbo4qRgwu), pasted it in Exodus and sent it (got the confirmation that it was sent)

Hello,

Yesterday i transfered my Decred to the decretion software.
At least, that was my plan.
I used the function 'request payment' and created a adress to send to.. So i did.
Now, more then a day later i haven't received anything.

What did i do wrong?
Decreds are gone from my bittrex and they tell me transaction complete.

Hey. I have had a problem with my decred wallet and have been trying to fix it for a few hours now. A while ago, I created my first decred wallet on Paymetheus on my windows PC. I later made one on my new mac laptop, in which I deposited 12 decred onto a decredition wallet. My mac broke but luckily I backed up my wallet. I reloaded the wallet on my windows PC. Hi,

a few days ago I sent someone a small amount of DCR (about 0.035 DCR). Not I see in my account history that 0.99477571 DCR were sent. I placed the transaction with my wallet under wallet.decred.org.

What did I do wrong? Why did that happen? I NEVER entered such a huge amount!

I tried to send my dcr to another device. I was unable to do this and received the following error:

A few days ago, I tried to send two transaction of DCR from decrediton to my exodus wallet. The first one went through within a minute. But when I tried to send the second transction, it just disappeared. The balance on decrediton reflect the correct balance as if the transaction went through and yet I can not find trace of the transaction anywhere. Hi guys ! I can't understand what i did wrong ... I have downloaded Paymetheus decred wallet and have made transaction from mining pool coinmine.pl. I pushed Request payment button and generated keys. I copied public key DkM3TM5JCMRhBoErBASiAjZAkEwG5AFgByFzYrtfJ7irtyuVjA1Mv and did transaction of 17.46101583 DCR on the pool to this address. I have just tried using the online wallet from wallet.decred.org, and used the receiving addresses it generated to withdraw some Decred from Bittrex . I made two withdrawal attempts.
Unfortunately Bittrex could not complete the withdrawals because they say the receiving addresses were invalid.
I made sure on both occasions to ensure the receiving addresses I entered were correct.
Is this a gitch with the wallet perhaps ?.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
I did a transfer from Poloniex exchange to my wallet at decred.org last night, but it hasnt appeared in my wallet.

Ive used the wallet before so I know it works. I used the address it generated.

According to Poloniex the transaction status is 'completed', with address and tx number stated.

When I check the DCR blockchain it says 'There are no transactions involving this address.' Ive tried checking both the address and the tx id, same result.

So how can it be that Poloniex...
