The only ASIC I know that has been developed was for the SHA-3 competition (see http://rijndael.ece.vt.edu/sha3/publications/DATE2012SHA3.pdf). No other news of people working on blake256 asics as of yet because it's not yet worth it from a money perspective. If anybody else has other news I'd be happy to hear it. Maybe the expected jump in GPU performance that is hopefully going to start in the second half of this year will mean that we don't have a need for ASIC's for a while.
ASICs are a few years away i think, price need to rise. FPGA are already available that can be modified for use with decred, so we already have one less step to reach ASICs. First the ecosystem needs to get big enough for justifying investment in building ASICs.
