So i finally managed to load my airdrop through the web wallet which is very noob friendly, command window is too much for me, sorry for my language i almost gave up.
Everyone should check their seed against this wordlist used for creating those seeds. All words in your seed must match with one of the words in this list. https://github.com/decred/dcraddrgen/blob/master/pgpwordlist/wordlist.go devs should post such precious links in one topic.
So I managed to make it to Step 7) and loaded my seed no problem. I made the private and public passphrases. Then I put in dcrwallet -u XXXX -P XXXX --walletpass “Firstword Secondword?” --dcrdusername=XXXX --dcrdpassword=XXXX The XXXX is my username or password and I get an invalid passphrase error. I used caps, spaces and a question mark in my passphrase. I'm not sure if the question mark boned me or what... So can I make a new wallet, or is my airdrop seed stuck forever in this old wallet I never got to use?
For what me a new Ds when ialready have Ds when registered and received Ds, decred id, hex and 33 words, for what me another Ds? What need to do with my old Ds???

1: Do you have dcrd running? 2: Do you have dcrwallet running? (given that output is from dcrwallet, I assume that's a yes)
New wallet has been successfully created but getnewaddress returned a "https://localhost:9110 dial tcp [::1]:9110: connectex: no connection could be made because the the target machine actively refused it" error.. what did I do wrong?
are you running dcrd in the background, or do you have an instance of dcrd for the wallet to connect to?
Like with the airdrop, your tutorial again allows one to competently begin on the right foot with Decred. Success! Thank you very much!!
