I can not go through step 6, consistently produces an error: [ERR] DCRW: invalid passphrase for master public key

What is a master key? At some stage the password for it?

 

I think you did the same as i did. You forgot and didnt create an extra passphrase.
Try entering this:

dcrwallet -u user -P pass --dcrdusername=user --dcrdpassword=pass /noclienttls /noservertls

(so without the --walletpass publicpassphrase part)

it is writing the wallet already exist. how to make another wallet?

hmm that is why i was not able to understand there question, i should add this bit in my guide too.

 

while i was out of computer. it reloaded/ and i didnt fineshed first wallet.and no any saved data.

You have probably created a wallet already. If you completed the step to create wallet ie you have your seed then you are fine, you don't need to create a new wallet again. If you just want another address then use getnewaddress command.

 

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Dcrwallet
remove existing or moved to another location

 

what line you need to enter your password to install this?
