Can't Pos Mine - Don't Understand Error Message

I was successfully mining via PoS but sometime ago after upgrading my executables (I'm on 0.1.3 now), I'm getting this message over and over:

09:26:20 2016-06-01 [ERR] WLLT: PurchaseTicket error returned: -22: TX rejected:
tried to spend zero value output from input <obscured for security>, idx 2

I don't understand the error. I clearly have DCR to spend on tickets - here is the block explorer to prove it: https://mainnet.decred.org/address/DshYPGCcqYGB5NE4SfFtNJRutbrw3rRjo2s

My wallet is unlocked, and I set it to do PoS with the following:

dcrctl -u <username> -P <password> --wallet walletpassphrase "<passphrase>" 0

When I get my balance with this command:

dcrctl -u <username> -P <password> --wallet getbalance "default" 0 all

I get the result of 308.84202058

Any help would be most appreciated. Man I can't wait for the GUI wallet...
