After deducting the seeming standard fee of 0.0129 from the full amount in the web wallet, I received an error I can't exactly recall, it was something similar to " error sending transactions, below dust threshold" thanks for any assistance.
Anyone who created their wallet before the most recent updates will still need to change the units, but I did want to note that I filed an issue to make the default unit DCR (here) and while the issue hasn't been closed yet (as of the time I write this), I did notice the wallet has been updated with the change.
