I've not published it, of course; even were I to publish binaries, it currently has a bug - after finding its first nonce, it doesn't seem to work on new work, but rather output garbage.

    Ok i was mining with my vintage GT9800 at 50 MH/s. Now, i have a vintage GTX 460 and i get 200 MH/s. :)

Yeah yeah, i know, it's not profitable. ^^

I don't even know yet the price of one decred.

Yes, you need an ivy bridge or more recent. It won't give you much though.

Most people who mine with CPU are doing so using server Xeon CPUs with 8 cores & Hyper Threading so total 16 threads possible, on a server MB that allows 2 CPUs on a board. And even they mine specific algos that are competitive on CPUs like cryptonight algo for Monero.

Are there any intention for 64bit cgminer to be released for 0.0.5 version? Current released is only for 32 bit...

If it relates to the performance of your video cards hashing power, this would be an excellent place for it.

    Hey guys,
    I run the following Setup:
    2 HD 6990's @ 1,070V / 860 MHz
    1 HD 6970 @ 1,070 V / 860 MHz

    I get 770 MH/s per core.

OS is Windows 7 64 bit.
    Catalyst 15.7.1
Miner: cgminer 3.7.2 with the following start batch:
    cgminer --blake256 -I 14 -o http://dcr.suprnova.cc:9111 -u Username.worker1 -p x --vectors 1 --no-submit-stale --gpu-threads 1 --scan-time 2 --queue 4 --temp-cutoff 96

Is there any possibility to boost the outcome? New version of cgminer? Other batchfile instructions?

If you already overclocked your GPU as far as it stays stable with intensity at 14, then there is nothing more to do to get more hashrate with the current version of cgminer.

It's not overclocked to the max. It is a balance of power to energy consumtion.
These cards could consume 520 Watts each with no problem at 1 GHz.. but it gets like 10-15 % more hashrate than actually but consumes 40% more energy.

Firstly, the hashrate is low already, so I doubt you can get more coins out of it. Secondly, the CPU won't add much hashrate.. If you're using 64 bit windows you can use Cgminer 0.0.4(IIRC) . Other than that I think you can only get a better gpu for mining..
