    Public keys

The file cmd/dcrinstall/pubkey.go contains the decred public key which is used to check the signed manifest in the release. You can compare the contents of this file to what you get from a keyserver to confirm that dcrinstaller is using the proper key.

    Important

The Decred installer will only work on Windows 7 and above.

So what happens to his 'share of coins' that were held as a part of the DEVS premine?

The new mods gets it or were they sold on the markets?

Hey, I'm still around! Just super busy with my job. I try and check in once in a while, but since I don't have a ton of free time for Decred right now, I removed myself from the Github organisation. When I get time to participate more actively again, I will apply to get added again, but it's a participation thing (I also don't have access to the C0 DCR chats).

Aha! I knew this forum was being too quiet recently!
We should have had a better signing off thread for _ingsoc !!!
He is by far one of the best Mods on the internet out of all the forums I have ever been to, and has really kept the entire project organized. :')
Hope you get free time and become active here once again! :)

    And welcome @moo1337 !! :)

Very nice Prometheus Wallet, can't wait to test it out and try the stake pools. Used the installer and it worked great.

On my server where I'm running the PoS, I just updated the binaries.

Thank you all for the hard work!

things will be getting more interesting over the next several weeks, so i expect the forum to get busy again. a lot of the original forum activity was centered around "how do i do X?" and i believe our documentation may have been too effective, in that it drastically reduced posting on the forum.
