Exitus has created a community Discord server: https://discord.gg/KmMTWE7 Discord is a text and voice chat service primarily aimed at gamers, but which is also very functional for planning teams. It competes directly with programs such as Skype and Teamspeak (and in my opinion, outperforms both.)
