    Hello,

I am interested to contribute as a developer. I love to write codes. I mostly work with C, Python and Core Java with big data technologies like, spark, storm, kafka, hadoop and also with basic machine learning. If you are looking to work in Go language, I don't mind in learning it and developing my skills in Go lang.

Let me know if I can contribute in some way.

    Thanks

    Regards
    Kaushal

Check out the github repos and see what open issues look like something you might want to work on. Or join the #dev channel on slack or irc.

Ummm, yeah. C++ is the old language here (I took intro C++ in 97 I think). go is the nice, new language. And it is very easy to get into coming from C-like languages.

My first language was C++ (in school). I'm still a code newbie, but Golang is pretty easy to read for me!

For making any contributions to decred :( I am happy I got the chance to take part in the airdrop and get to know a lot about cryptocurrency and how they work. Decred was a gateway to a whole new world :) But my technical knowledge isnt just good enough.

Sometimes just going after a github issue that looks clear to you is a great way to learn. While we obviously only accept contributions that meet the right quality standards, we always provide feedback so it could be a learning experience either way.

If you know C++ then go is a snap. Literally competent in one week and good enough in 3.

  10. I me definitely willing to help you out with those projects. My main skills are as JavaScript developer but I started as as C dev so I think I can pickup Golang quick as well.
From the projects listed within the start of this thread I got excited to know that a whole system for E-commerce integration will come in a near feature.
