When I created a new wallet i used: dcrd -u xxxxx -P xxxxxxx to download the blockchain. but when i use the same command to try and open my wallet i get this: The system cannot find the file specified. 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] DCRD: Version 0.0.1-beta 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] DCRD: Loading block database from 'C:\Users\kano\AppDa ta\Local\Dcrd\data\mainnet\blocks_leveldb' 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] BCDB: Address index synced and loaded to height 14866 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] DCRD: Block database loaded with block height 14866 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] DCRD: Block ticket database initialized empty 02:55:31 2016-04-25 [INF] DCRD: Db non-empty, resyncing ticket DB I'm very VERY new to decred but i'm mining it with claymore's dual miner and i want to keep all of my dcr and stake it. (which also seems complicated but i'll read through the guide) thank you
First thing - The dcrd command is not for the wallet. It is for the daemon. Second - U r on version 0.0.1 but current version is v0.1.0 (11th update) download here - https://github.com/decred/decred-release/releases/tag/v0.1.0 Guide to setting up wallet - https://forum.decred.org/threads/br...-included-with-basic-commands-os-neutral.478/
Thank you! I've created the wallet before and so on. the problem was when i tried to open daemon to sync the blockchain. i tought i was doing something wrong but i wasnt... just had to wait. I will download the lastest version, however! thank you for your help
