you can check your address to see your coins at the decred.org site here:
    https://mainnet.decred.org/
At the above link, paste your decred address into the box labeled 'search for block, transaction, or address'
and it will tell you your balance.

A lot of people who are not ready to mine decred yet will just want to do this to confirm that their coins are in their account first.

Will someone temporarily pin this please? I suspect that a good number of people who participated in the airdrop are here today
trying to confirm that they got the Decred into their account address.
Pinning this thread to the top of Questions section could save a lot of time and confusion etc.

They are coding! :) And keeping the servers like the web wallet and blockchain explorer up. And the stumbling forums... :) They are probably a tad busy. :)

Thanks for posting the link to check coin balance. What should I do if I submitted my verified address and got a confirmation code, but the link shows 0 coins?

Have you built the address based on the seed you received?
If not, this great guide will show you how.

Yes, I built the address using the seed and then verified it. I put the address in the airdrop link and got a confirmation code, but today when I checked the address in the 'search for block, transaction, or address' box at the mainnet link above it says there is nothing there (zero).
