It should be noted that trust isn't a big concern for Decred. Pool operators do not have access to your wallet or coins. They are simply voting proxies. Even if a pool disappeared over night you'd still get your DCR back when the ticket was chosen to vote (although the vote would fail) or it expired. Perhaps it should be labelled support instead of trust.

Hey @jyap yes, most certainly. At the time of writing most PoS pools have at least 2 support channels (email + dedicated forum page). That's why..!
