Can someone explain me what this means? if my worker have found a block, where is these 19 coins then? i don't see coins in any transactions.. confirmed or unconfirmed.. its nowhere
Its distributed among all the miners on the pool and you get your share too. Just like when you were getting coins from blocks others have found. That is the whole point of a pool.
