Can I use the public key address that I already have from the first wallet i got from tesnet in order to submit the public key required at https://teststakepool.decred.org/address ?

Or should I create a new wallet? if so I am getting this error when trying to get the new wallet; the testnet is running and processing blocks from my PC, but not sure why I get this error, and also how can I get that new wallet in order to join the pool ( https://teststakepool.decred.org/address )and provide a public key address?

I am I am getting this error when using this dcrctl command:
    C:\Users\Tesnet>dcrctl --wallet getnewaddress
Post https://localhost:9110: dial tcp [::1]:9110: connectex: No connection could
be made because the target machine actively refused it.

C:\Users\Tesnet>dcrctl --testnet -u username -P password --wallet getnewaddress

check the ports/check your config files. You got ports 9110 and 19110.
    Check RPC certs
Make sure you log on to wallet with following command:- add --testnet if using testnet.
    dcrwallet --username [walletuser] --password [wallet_private_key] --dcrdusername=[rpcuser] --dcrdpassword=[rpcpass]

PM testnet address to admin/dev to get testnet coins.
To get mainnet coins, purchase through bittrex or bleutrade with BTC

Or mine on testnet. It is very low difficulty, and could actually use miners. I got 40 coins mining overnight with a nVidia 750Ti.

@LeeSharp Do you know if it is possible to connect somehow the nVidia 750Ti (is this the one you use?: GEFORCE GTX 750 TI) to a laptop via USB?

USB would not support the bandwidth a 16 lane graphics card uses. There are PCI-e expansions chassis, but they are expensive. This is as cheap as I found. https://www.startech.com/Cards-Adap...h-2-PCIe-Single-lane-Expansion-Box~PEX2PCIE4L

No because an entire computer is cheaper. I just mine with my desktop.

The desktop model doesn't matter. Heck you can just run a bare board if you want. What matters is the number of cards the motherboard can accept, and can the PSU drive them?

Nope. Why would I? I saw you asking and thought you want it for some reason instead of a mining rig so just posted it.
