LN to require KYC/AML (know your customer/anti money laundering?) Any more info on this? This could potentially impact the LN so as to make it unusable from what I know so far of it. Unusable meaning no privacy or anonymity what so ever. Not to mention being so cumbersome as to make the whole point of fast transactions moot by requiring documentation similar to an exchange.
