    I have not seen any recent improvements to any miners for dcr. What is currently the best miner for nvidia and amd platforms?

    We only officially support gominer now that it has reached speed/feature parity with ccminer/sgminer.
    It is still actively maintained (last commit was ~2 weeks ago). If you have specific improvements you'd like to see feel free to open issues on GitHub or mention them here.

    I will play around with the settings. I always get lower hash.

    It might just be how the hash rate calculation is done. It's very bursty but averages out to the same when run for awhile. This issue has more detail:

    Otherwise if you give details like OS/GPU(s)/Driver version/Other miner software/hashrate with that/hashrate of gominer, it could be looked into.

    I will run some long comparisons this week and post the results. I may make/move topic to Gominer sub-forum. I stopped mining for about 3 months and ready to start back up again.
