    There are two commands. Settxfee and setticketfee. I think the latter refers to purchasing tickets while the former refers to transactions.

    I thought we discussed this?!? It will take less than 15 blocks, 75 mins to clear this out yet YOU PEOPLE want to jack up the txfee price like this? GTFO! Madness!
    There are 87 blocks left chill out! No need to go this high until the last few blocks. Even if you miss this 10dcr window you can wait a few days and the price is back down lately.

    Not all transactions in the mempool are ticket purchases. Looks like someone did a big consolidate.

    I think it's in reference to this issue some people are experiencing. https://forum.decred.org/threads/ticket-purchases-being-denied.1327/

    When they consolidate dust, it looks like the transaction fee adds up.

    Th fee paid might be high but per kb fee is still the same. e.g. i consolidated by setting fee at 0.01/kb but tx was some 8kb so i paid fee accordingly something like 0.1 DCR
