@Renato Abreu "Под строительство !!!" should be "Сайт в разработке" (site in development), in russian you can use "under construction" only in sense of buildings.
I didn't get idea of your service. Do you want to create something like interactive map to find organization that accept payments in DCR in user's city / country?
I would be glad to translate it into french once there is something to translate. Right now I do not understand what you are trying to do. Could you, please, elaborate?
