Hi, I'm quite new to DCR, but just got a wallet and put 5 DCR in it. I would like to stake, but looks like the lower limit is 96 DCR? Is this correct? Is it possible to buy partial tickets? People are buying split tickets on mainnet already, although it is still experimental and not open to the general public (yet).
