After a few tries I received the same error of Double spend attempt. I'm using version 0.3.0 and there were funds in the wallet.
Please update to the latest release and try that. 0.3.0 is rather ancient. If that still doesn't work, it is possible that the wallet is out of sync and believes certain outputs are still unspent when they are spent in the blockchain. The latest release will let you reseed. There's no UI to begin a reseed when you have already created a wallet, but by deleting your Paymetheus application data directory which contains the wallet, it will allow for this at startup.
Thank you for your help. I just deleted all the directories and reinstalled msi, after updating dcrd I started the standalone and successfully resseded!
