Hi I really hope someone can help. I've been having an incredibly hard time accessing my decred and now i'm afraid I may have lost them. It is a significant amount of money for me and I'm extremely anxious about it. It began when I tried to send some decred and the transactions kept failing. I did a search and found this problem was solved with the consolidate function, so I upgraded. But when I tried to use the consolidate function I got an error saying -22: Tx Rejected: Tried to Spend Zero Value Output. I found this thread where someone had the same problem https://forum.decred.org/threads/co...jected-tried-to-spend-zero-value-output.1355/ I tried the advice given, I synced and then imported the seed but the balance was 0.07, hundreds less than the correct balance. At this point I was getting pretty worried. I went back to my old version of the wallet and the backed up folders as I thought I might be able to dump the priv keys individually and then re-import them using the upgraded software, but although I went back to the old data directories I think I forgot to switch back to the older version of the client. Now when I start the daemon and unlock the wallet it does show the correct balance but I when I try to send dcr I get this error: -32603: Address pools for account 0 are undeclared I'd be really grateful for any help or advice as I'm really worried about it and at a loss.
Hi @Devloper, I believe this bug was fixed few weeks ago. Just use the latest version of Decred software: https://github.com/decred/decred-release/releases/tag/v0.1.0 Remove .dcrwallet folder and restore your wallet from Seed. (./dcrwallet --help to find full path to dcrwallet folder).
my god, when i send some dcr to bittrex, the wallet "-32603: -22: TX rejected: tried to spend zero value output from input aa4880934486378460a2e1b5f0fc18b97917fd1d2fdbb587ce0ade3d0a792b0b, idx 2 my wallet pos 45days, somebody can help me? i can't send out my dcr...
Hey @bitabc, usually you can solve such problems if you recreate your wallet from seed. So I suggest you to try it first. Update your software to the latest stable version (0.0.10), if you didn't yet. Then remove your Dcrwallet folder (dcrwallet -l, to find the path). And create again wallet using your seed (please do not lose it): dcrwallet --create
strange errors, I'd go with this https://forum.decred.org/threads/how-to-rebuild-resync-wallet-successfully.1338/ using latest client (note the bug with ticketfee) : https://github.com/decred/decred-release/releases/tag/v0.1.1
i can't recreate my wallet now. when i copy my seed and "ENTER", nothing happen, and i wait for a long night, 8 hours, and nothing happen too. my old wallet have 5800 address for pos. i don't know why i can't recreate my wallet. @Dyrk
