To help noobs like me, who want to learn how to assemble a miner and get it up and running, it would be really helpful if people would be so kind and post the full spec of their rigs!
I stress that at least for me this is about the learning experience and about supporting the Decred network when it launches - less for chasing mining profits.

Extra cool if you add rough cost estimates.
    Cheers!

We already have multiple threads on asking questions about mining setups. So don't detour this thread and post your specs.

    Current Build

    • Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD4H
    • CPU : Intel i5 3750 @ 3.4GHz
    • Memory : G.SKILL Ares Series 8gb (2 x 4gb)
    • PSU : Corsair HX 750
    • SDD : OCZ Agility 3
    • Graphics : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650

This is my every day PC where I do everything from coding to gaming soon to be mining decred :)
I do plan on updating my graphics card in the future to some kind of dual ATI as Ive wanted to do this for years Decred is just giving me that little extra shove.

    Edit: Added my PC spec

I'll save this space to post mine when I get home as well. It's not going to be anything too impressive. I've got a Nvidia GTX 750 that I plan on using to mine as soon as I can figure out how to get it going. I'm more interested in development and support and marketing of the currency than building a crazy mining rig. Anyway I'll update this later with my full build, but it's my home dev machine.

I'll be using a titan to mine the coins, SLI depending on how well the coins mine with probably a AMD cpu :)
