Well, I checked Bittrex, some went down, but some did not :
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-ETH
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SLR
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-DASH
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-LTC
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-AUR
    https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SYS

Also, miners keep coming (nearly 13TH/s now), so it shall be more difficult to mine, so I would expect the price shall rise against USD/EUR, because you pay HW and electricity with those.

As I said, I see a better picture of the future of Decred now, but I still have doubts.

No. I think this is Chinese cash controls taking effect and bitcoin being a ready outlet. In addition to whatever is going on with bitcoin itself.

I'd agree with @drunkenmugsy here... Apparently the Chinese are fearing a devaluation so some of them are trying to get their Yuan secured by BTC. The BTC halving is going to be interesting to watch, but it's hard to say what effect it will have on Decred and other solid coins.

Top 2 links are clearly relevant.

-- "The bitcoin network also provides ways for traders to move funds beyond the country’s tightly-controlled borders by accessing digital platforms via the Internet."

-- "Chinese investors are pumping up bitcoin again, sending prices up nearly 16% in the past four days, just two years after the country was at the center of a boom and bust in the crypto-currency."

"..... move funds beyond the country’s ... " really have not changed in last 7 years for BTC and thousands of other cryptocurrencies.

I am not really sure - or your lmgtfy link does not show the same things to me.

    this ? really ?

    WSJ maybe - source : http://www.wsj.com/articles/china-buying-sparks-bitcoin-surge-1464608221
But they post just an observation/speculation. A guess about China with a little support.
    This may be interesting:
"Huobi and OKCoin, two Chinese exchanges, now collectively account for some 92% of global trading in bitcoin."
but do not support your view.

And I already mentioned halving - although that is known for some time already as well.

"Bitcoin currently trades at a 7.2% premium when priced in Chinese yuan on mainland bitcoin exchanges compared with counterparts pricing the currency in U.S. dollars, according to industry tracker Bitcoinity.org."
Seriously ? Seems like super easy money to me :) How much do you think you can get with staking Decred in 30 days ? I mean now, around 7th June, not before.

I am sorry I really do not understand.

That is one feature I like about Decred - you can earn money with proof of stake activity.
With the ticket price around 20 USD you get 9 % per month - which is still nice :)
I have a (really stupid) simulation script, if somebody is interested.

EDIT: It really seems DCR price in USD has support around $1.5, and ticket price around $20

You are probably right. Google does not show the same results in the same day let alone the same week. Especially across different geographical areas.

Not particularly. 2 good possibilities: (1) miners selling at fixed $ price, (2) people exiting to get out of bitcoin as it surges upward.
