Problem Sending Dcr

    Hello,

    I start:
    " dcrd -u local -P none" and "dcrwallet -u local -P none" and then I try to send coins "dcrctl.exe -u local -P none --wallet sendtoaddress ADRESS 10"

    and my error is this "-32603: failed to GetNewAddress; pool not started" .I couldnt figure it out. Any ideas ?
