Set --balancetomaintain=999999 so you are not buying tickets.
    Check log files for ERR.

Try recreating wallet from seed with --create, then on first launch of wallet add this flag to dcrwallet:
    Code:
    --addridxscanlen=40000

if you are stake mining and you had purchased tickets with stakepool your funds are no longer in the 'default' account, all funds which are locked with stakepool tickets are now in the 'imported' account, not 'default'.

You have to issue the following command to see those funds:
    Code:
    dcrctl -u *** -P *** --wallet getbalance "*" 0 all
When you recreate your wallet from seed make shure, that dcrd is up to date on the actual blockheight and have finished the complete blockchain download. Not till then you should issue the --wallet create command!

When you start your wallet for the first time it have to scan all blocks for addresses used by your wallet, thats why you have to download to the latest block height. Then make shure enough addresses gets scanned, when launching your wallet for the first time, with the following parameter:

    Code:
    --addridxscanlen=40000

Email me at cjepson@decred.org with your accounts extended public key (getmasterpubkey default) and I'll try resyncing a watch only wallet locally.

There was a bug corrupting wallets for version 0.0.7 or 0.0.8 that incorrectly counted ticket amounts twice, causing too high balances. It may be an issue with that.
