Up the intensity to 12...you should get 600-700 m/hash on that card. Based on difficulty quick back of the envelope of the math says you will need about 1.5-2 hours to get a block on average. This follows a memoryless poisson process so you really cant get an average for a single block. e.g. it may take much longer. However, if you are willing to run for a few days looking backwards it will follow an Erlang function and the average interval for block finding will be about 2 hours (with high variance...actually the variance I believe will be equal to the mean time as well, been a few years since I took stochastic methods).

Edit: on launch difficulty will be much higher...brutally so.

 

My rpc.cert file never got created it seems, hence lack of ability to check my balance... any ideas what might be going wrong? All setup steps worked fine, mining now.

With your hash rate of just under 30 Mh/s, you will probably never find a block on your own.
