Please post any questions and/or issues you have experimenting with the Decred testnet. Signed binaries and verification details are now available.
I'm running it on Windows 10 successfully following the wiki examples. Care to send over some funds? TsSkJ7wd5rdwNFBZ88dnXWbuvCoYizxqocc
I have just synched up to block ~1300 or so I will also try a transaction after I mine a block. I think i got one RPCS: Block submitted via getwork accepted: 000000000167b67bd3b8262843504f3be3d6413e549346e6baa279d90ee186f9

Ok so i am thinking you are on windows and you need --notls flag set maybe I am wrong. I got it working by using the --notls flag as listed in the wiki. However, I believe with notls set then you cannot connect the wallet while you are mining.. Give it a shot and report back. Also if anyone can confirm (or tell me i am not thinking straight) once notls is set you cannot synch wallet to dcrd Finally, if you you want to send commands using dcrctl you must also use the --notls for queries e.g., getdifficulty Edit: anyone else running cgminer and getting a lot of found block messages but not a lot of blocks actually found? Error: the client was never connected Should I be worried or is this normal?
@SG-O I was JUST getting that too, but I'm almost certain I'd missed a step setting it all up somewhere. Feel the n00bness.
Hi, if I try to open Github, it says "No server is currently available to service your request." Do you have the same issue or is it only me??
From https://status.github.com/: "We're continuing to investigate a significant network disruption affecting all github.com services."
Github has been down for over an hour now, can anyone share their copy of downloaded testnet binary? thanks
I've been mining for a while now and several blocks got accepted, but my wallet balance hasn't changed at all. Is this normal?
