HELLO , lately I've been thinking about the idea of setting up a rig with dozens of GPUs and would like to hear comments about ... Assuming the same expense and HASH full in two situations ,
    which is better?

1 - buy some units better gpu market (?r9 nano?)
    2 - buy many unit a median gpu (?hd6950?)

I wanted to find out , because, as a median gpu in more quantities would be beneficial for the risk of them being burned in mining but also in question of the time they tend to lose their value faster . Srry for language, i used translator ! THANKS

You're limited by the motherboard and PSU, a suitable combination will support 6 GPUs.
Since you have to invest not only in the card(s) but all the peripherals (mb, cpu, ram, risers, psus) you want to maximize the return from a single rig, generally this translates into looking for the greatest hash/per watt and using the highest number of cards possible per rig.

In my opinion I wouldn't even bother with 'median' GPUs unless you already have them lying around.

There are two different and unrelated costs... One if the card, and the other is the power for the card and peripherals. Even if you can get 3 cards for the price of one that have the same performance, they will not use the same amount of power when you consider the amount of computers needed to drive three of the powerful ones or NINE of the weaker ones.

Considering the same value of hash/watt for many 'median' and same value of hash/usd for few more powerful gpus, what is the best option? ............ also that physic space is not a problem

You might want to consider the heat issue as well. multiple median gpu causes more heat than a few powerful ones apart from the power usage and space used. Since space is not a problem, you have got to look into cooling of the GPUs and how many boards/budget you have to fully ultilize it.

I went the expensive and many route with the R9 nanos. The reason I went this route is hash/watt is the best I could find. Less power consumption means less heat and smaller bills to pay to run the machines which gives you the best chance of being profitable when margins get slim.

I am curious about announced Nvidia cards - GTX1080 may be too expensive, but GTX1070 may be a fine choice.

I am waiting to see some mining bench marks before I buy a few rigs worth of Nvidia. I am also planning on buying and bench marking the new AMD cards in July.
