Curious to know -If mining on your pool during the switch, how do you handle testnet coins mined that are not yet withdrawn at time of switch?
@ocminer Really nice pool! Was wondering if I left my mining address empty in my account (until after launch), if it would hurt anything. Can I just plug one in later and grab my earnings? Thanks for setting this pool up.
I'll be clearing all address soon - so it doesn't really matter Payouts will work same after the switch but you'll have to enter new addresses
@ocminer The link at the ''getting started'' page to download the GPU miner (https://github.com/decred/cgminer/releases/tag/v0.0.3) is only 64 bit. Do you also have a link for a 32bit cg miner that works?
Sorry no, I only have what the team offers, maybe someone else can compile a 32bit version for you from the source.
Yes, but that one doesnt work with the sprnova pool. But it doesnt matter, i just reinstall windows but get the 64bit version this time
Just reinstalled windows (64bit this time) Hashing about 1200 at cgminer, but only 500 at the pooldashboard. What is wrong here?
How long have you been mining, give it atleast 10 mins. Although it will keep fluctuating over & under the hashrate you see in the miner.
are you sure you are using the latest miner? Also are you getting rejects? that can show less hashrate on pool as it calculates hashrate by no of shares submitted/[time] https://github.com/decred/cgminer/releases/tag/v0.0.3
Yep, thats the one i use. I only downloaded the zip file, eddited the url of the pool/poort and fill in my U and P. Didnt do anything else Edit---- Had it running a bit longer and yes my reject rate is pretty high Dont really know how to change that tho? Any ideas?
Are you using multiple GPUs and a single instance of cgminer? If so, see my post earlier in this thread. You should be running separate instances of cgminer for each GPU you use.
That's weirdness then. I had an issue with multiples not matching up, but running them separately they were reflected accurately.
