I posted this in another thread by mistake. Moving it here so it is less confusing.

Can I get some clarification on this whole transaction process? I send 16 .0001dcrd transactions. They each lower my total dcrd by 10 or so it appears until finally I can send no more transactions because balance is at 0. Then after the transactions appear in chain plus 1 more transaction my total is back up to original - .0016 + fees etc etc.

If this is how it works how can anyone send 100s of transactions, >$10, without 10,000s of coins?
This was in block below if it matters. I dont know how to inspect the chain yet.
