It was above 2$ too. Now it reduced
If anyone has a square account and wants to accept a Visa payment hit me up. Or if you would like a postal money order sent to your PO Box. Cash?
I'm probably not going to jump through a lot of hoops as far as going on some payment site and or setting up another bank account to withdraw money from safely. VISA or CASH.
I just pretty much want to visit a website where I can buy some DECRED.
Tried every exchange I can find. None of them are providing service to the United States right now. When did the US become a communist country with a closed market?
Circle.com -> BTC -> BTC @ bittrex.com(or other exchange) -> DCR -> online wallet/local wallet/ ?. You are limited to $300 / wk with circle.com but you can have dcr in a few blocks time once you have accounts set up.
Circle doesn't want my money apparently. Not open to customers is Oregon. This really isn't cool.
Thank your state government and their fiat money laws.
Im dont know much about US banks, but in Australia (where we actively close down bank accounts of any bitcoin companies), you can go into Commonwealth or NAB branch and buy bitcoin anonymously over the counter with cash. You give them the cash, they send you a bitcoin. maybe get some banks in the states that do the same?
That is not possible in the USA right now as far as I know. There were some bitcoin ATMs at one point I think? I may be confusing this with gold ATMs. Either way they were not widespread and they are gone now.
Thats a shame, I thought BTC was fairly well catered for in the US.
I mentioned uphold in another thread, they seem to say that US customers can link bank accounts...
If so, then it should be pretty easy for anyone in US to purchase bitcoin by loading in USD to uphold.
Uphold not available in Australia
There were Bitcoin ATMsss in California and New York last I checked.
Coinvault has some in Texas. https://www.coinvaultatm.com/
I stand corrected. Like I said maybe I was thinking of 1oz gold ATMs. But I was correct in that they are not on every street corner as fiat ATMs seem to be.
It would make sense that these ATMs are in Texas. It is a progressive state that is open to exploring ways to make money for their population. Allowing people to change bitcoin to fiat helps boost their economy, as people will in turn spend money on goods. It's a win win situation for Austin and Houston. I wish Florida was that open.
Why would anyone in the US want to change hard BTC into abundant USD. The latter should literally grow on the trees by now
I totally get it. American dollars are not worth squat anymore. 2008 was when I really started seeing it. If I would have known about bitcoin when it came out I would have bought in with all of my cash.
Wishing I'd sunk as little as $1K into Bitcoin back in 2011. I'd be a millionaire now.
Yeah kinda why I want to buy into DECRED. Trump Coin is looking nice as well. Mostly I just like the name.
Remember these times when you were wishing you had BTC. Remember when DCR was only $2.28. In a few years maybe some of us will be the big winners as we were in early and saw where things were headed!
If I can ever buy some DECRED . kek
