Since it is a brainstorm, thought to throw in "early adopter" for everyone registered before airdrop?

    Hello,

Is it better to reuse regular words and to classify peeps into 4/5 big groups?
-Operation (Admin, organizer/office admin, forum assistant, support...)
-Business (Business Specialist, Market dealer/miner, market maker,..)
-Technical ( Technical Specialist, developer, contributor, architecture, designer, ..)
    -PR (Editor, Journalist,..
    -Financial( Accountant, Controller, Treasurer,..)

Or any derived cool names from the above.

I would like to disclose the Decred to the world in a simpler way, because all the content of our site is incredibly execelente DECRED. So that we would have to use a more popular language fit the 99 countries involved in Decred. I http://decredcrew.com/ our website I booked this full array of Decred. I'm open to ideas and maturation and orientation _ingsoc and me could appoint as international relations, really want to make a difference in spreading the Decred the world.

How about a "Market Analysts", those how analyze other cryptocurrency markets and Decred's itself? or maybe an "Investor" group, surely many people are here just to invest and or buy/sell.

I don't think that we have to create too much and too big groups with marketers, business specialists, etc. Remember NEM (XEM) also did this, there were like 20 marketers and promoters, and 90% of them doesn't even promoted the coin. We should create smaller and more thematical groups. I think we don't need more than 10 people for different "jobs". This doesn't mean that the community can't influence the pathway of DCR. Just only 1 folk will be responsible for one branch (eg. PR activity,Technical support, etc) Also we have to keep in mind that Company 0 is the "base" of the project so also they will take a lot of responsibilities for these stuff, mostly in Technical support. Imo

I believe that the company 0 and programmers and all involved are already taking care of it very well ... You can be sure.

Who, exactly, are you simplifying the language for? Traders? New BTC users?

First I want to say, you guys are doing a great job in all aspects I have observed. These are merely suggestions I think would make the site more user-friendly, and efficient. I would suggest to just keep it simple, clean, and highly functional, as it is now. I think there are too many sub-group titles, though. They really aren't necessary. Keep it simple and straight forward.......

    Introduction

    Sign-up & Support

    Technical & Development

    Digital Currency Analysis & Chat

    Marketing Strategists & Promotions

Don't over think things....simplify. The community will naturally migrate to where they could benefit the entire system with the least friction. For example, I have absolutely zero programming skills and I know that. That's not where I am best suited to provide assistance, so would have no need to go into the "Technical & Development" area when looking for my "niche". Nor would I go into "Sign-up & Support" , because I would be useless as a support mechanism. That eliminates half of the site that I would have to navigate looking for a place to assist.

Introduction. ....self-explanatory, We call it the K.I.S.S. method where I'm from...Keep it short and simple. Don't overwhelm people.

Sign-up & Support.....even more self-explanatory than "Introduction" New members sign-up, and people can get support.

Technical & Development.......all the programmers, coders, etc. all speak the same language, so to speak. Once inside the Category, people will migrate to their area of expertise, but collaborative effort across the board will yield the best performance all around. This would also eliminate most of the "clutter" responses that some people make in an effort to display their interest, or whatever there purpose, as they have no reason to enter the area. These guys don't need any more things to have to sift through than they already have. I have the utmost respect for all involved in this demographic. Thanks for everything guys!
This also creates less technical "cryptobabble"( I like that word...thanks Translator) for the programming impaired to sift through as well in the other areas.

Digital Currency Analysis & Chat.....This is where your "bloggers", and social media enthusiasts could go. Although these could also be classified as "marketing strategists", they offer a more analytical depiction of events, than a promotional aspect. Have Forum chat rooms here as well. These are the people who will be reading all the information in here. Be sure to keep information up to date.

Marketing Strategists & Promotions. ....Again, once inside, people will find where they belong. Peoples interests and ideas vary greatly. The members having the discussions can come to some sort of consensus of agreement as to breakdown of groups. These are the people trying to make people more aware of the product, and put it "in use".Maybe "Brainstorming" sub group here.

In all areas, the communities involved can continue to give titles to the threads THEN consolidate them into sub-categories. After more "directon" is established by the community, sub group titles will be more identifiable. For example, currently there are several threads with the word "Airdrop" in them. All these subtitles are overkill, in my opinion. Anybody navigating to the page without a link, and looking for information on the airdrop, have numerous threads to sift through to find the information they are looking for, including numerous "thank you", and "I got my email" entries, which simply reduces efficiency.

Like I said just a rough idea. I don't post an awful lot on here, as I utilize the conversation, rather than contribute to the ever growing clutter. Maybe, periodically, someone could remove the posts that have no relevance.

Keep up the good work guys, and thanks once again for the inclusion. I hope this is somehow helpful.

I like the idea of applying K.I.S.S method for the beginning phase of project.
But i think we still need a long roadmap, when the community/project attracts more peeps and expands exponentially.
