    Any address I try to send to comes up as "Not Valid"
    Am I doing something wrong?

    I think the issue was likely that he was using a testnet wallet and trying to make a payment to a mainnet address...

    my this with the same problem that the option is disabled TESTNET.

    What browser are you currently using? We've heard various reports of similar problems as you are getting with Firefox 48+ We have a PR that may fix the problem, still testing to avoid it goofing up other things.

    I'd suggest to try chrome or an older version of FF. We'll try to update the site with proposed fix as soon as possible
