Webwallet Not Showing Balance

    Hello,

    I created a webwallet and transferred 1 decred to it. It took me a while to see it, I had to go to:

    Preferences/Advanced/Wallet Information

    Then at the very bottom there is an area called "Balance By Address" where I see the decred.

    When close out of all the preferences, and go home, then "Send", the "Available Balance" is empty, not even a 0.00

    Is this a bug?

    Hmmm I've never experienced that before.

    Can you try to clear you cache and trying again?

    We updated units a few weeks ago and have had reports of blank balances on the home screen. Clearing cache appeared to fix it.

    Whatever I want.
    I had a similar problem yesterday, I fixed it by going to the wallet's Preferences->Advanced, and selecting "Scan addresses for funds."

    It might be helpful to put a manual scan button closer to the surface, possibly directly on the "home" or "history" panes.

    The "Scan address for funds" didn't fix it, but I backed up my seed, cleared the cache, and then went back to the wallet.

    After I re-imported the seed, the funds are now showing up.
