What Do You Think About Decred's Future?

So you mean there is no future for Decred ?
I have seen something about Ethereum loosing it's spreading pace, but Decred is rocking at present !

 

I see a bright future for Decred

 

I believe he thinks Decred will overcome Ethereum. Not an unreasonable prediction, but we'll just have to wait and see how Rootstock works.

 

If we continue what we are doing right now: together developing an open, progressive, and sustainable cryptocurrency... It will be a bright future most certainly!

 

I also like bitcoin, but think that etherum is a crypto-currency to watch for many of us who missed that train. They have been solid in the past couple of weeks. Decred is going to build strong momentum in my eyes and will be a go to currency for many investors such as myself. Dash will also be a currency to look at. I believe in diversity in which most of my investments will be in 1) Decred 2) Etherum 3)Dash.

As we're speaking I am opening an account at Bittrex in order to buy DCR at this price. It will go up again if people start to realise the scope of the project. What we're developing here is not just another tradeable altcoin, but a truly open and decentralised system that is sustainable in the long run. If people start realising the value of decentralised currencies, I expect that 0.01 is feasible.

This was only the second wave of clueless people that came just for "free money". Those who only now managed to find that lost photo or screenshot with strange words on it. The slightly more intelligent ones sold immediately after airdrop and left for good long ago, which isn't bad because the signal to noise ratio has greatly increased since then.

 

I think that you are right Last Ninja. That is why we were getting a small wave of people that are asking how to receive coins through web wallet in the past week. I thought that most people had claimed their coins, but see that some had not. These are probably the people that have been selling recently.

 

I've bet a couple of Bitcoin, on Decred overtaking Bitcoin as the "standard" crypto.
- So that's what I'm hoping for.

I think that Decred can overcome the problems listed here (on Fortune) if it tries to.

And if it does, I imagine a great future for the project.
