    Circle acquired Poloniex and is going to add more people to support. Probably good news.

    I'm having a similar issue. I sent DCR from my wallet here to Poloniex this morning and it's been 6 hours and 74 Confirmations. I sent a ticket with the transaction number to them and only received an automated response thus far. Just wondering if this is common with Poloniex and whether you've had better luck on any other exchange?

    More then 120 days and no support of poloniex ...... Still not receive my DCR ....... Do anbody have any news???

    Most issues I was aware of were solved, it's weird yours is still hanging. Sorry to hear that! I really don't know what to suggest.

    From relevant news, Circle acquired Poloniex and polo's post shed some light on just how badly overloaded they were:

    > When the Poloniex-Circle integration began in late February, together we faced a backlog of 159,000 customer issues. Over the past 6 weeks, we have resolved 76,000 of those issues and added 6 new agents to our support team. We have tripled the number of engineers working on our wallet infrastructure and streamlined the process for notifying engineering when technical support is needed.

    Wow!!! That's incredible. I wonder what management used to be like over there - I bet it's completely shifted with the merge with Circle.
