Withdrawal Transaction Poloniex -> Wallet Not Appearing

    Hi,
    I did a transfer from Poloniex exchange to my wallet at decred.org last night, but it hasnt appeared in my wallet.

    Ive used the wallet before so I know it works. I used the address it generated.

    According to Poloniex the transaction status is 'completed', with address and tx number stated.

    When I check the DCR blockchain it says 'There are no transactions involving this address.' Ive tried checking both the address and the tx id, same result.

    So how can it be that Poloniex maintains the transfer has completed but the blockchain, and subsequently my wallet show no trace of it?

    Is there something else we have to do? Or is there a problem with the dcr blockchain? eg a backlog or something?

    Have the same problem with poloniex! Transaction was sent 08.03 and still not received, but poloniex shows "completed".

    Please write a ticket to their support, they have a problem working with decred network. I wrote them some hours ago.

    That is odd... There's nothing else you're supposed to do. It's pretty straightforward. I've moved DCR off of Poloniex multiple times and haven't had this issue. I would suggest contacting Polo's support, like smileof said above.

    It looks rather like it's a problem at the Poloniex end. I've checked and double-checked the address and transaction id and they are correct. Nothing registered on the blockchain despite Poloniex saying its completed. I've opened a support ticket with Poloniex, so its now down to them to sort it out.

    Well the payment finally arrived, confirmed on the blockchain and in my wallet. So there must have been some delay or problem somewhere at the Poloniex end, but its now resolved. Heard absolutely nothing from Poloniex though regarding my ticket (other than a standard no-reply email confirming the system had received it), complete silence. But the transfer went through and thats what matters.
